• Made a how to guide for all instructors on how to access KNU Library SUMMONS page via NPKI

• Made a how to guide for all instructors on how to access and use the YES Enterprise system for classroom management and entering grades.’

• Made a how to guide for downloading KNU software from the server

• Assisted all new incoming personnel in Office 527 since 2012
